Cancellation/No-Show Policy

At Gingersnap Hair, we specialize in individual service where our full attention is with you, the client! We don't double-book clients for this reason (unless requested).

*If you can't make your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so another client may have that available time. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged up to 50% of the cost of the appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule you.*

*If you miss an appointment without notification (no-show), you will be charged a fee of up to 100% of the cost of the appointment. Two or more no-shows will require a deposit before another appointment can be booked for you. Thank you for your understanding & consideration!*

*Late policy: Once 15 minutes have passed beyond your appointment time, we reserve the right to ask you to reschedule out of respect for the other clients we have booked after you. We cannot accomodate late bang trim clients due to the brevity of those appointment times.*


Pricing

Specific pricing information is available via consultation and on the client-only online booking page. Prices are updated annually to reflect cost of living and increases in skill level & experience.
